The effect of gender and age on computer self-efficacy, computer anxiety and perceived enjoyment among Austrian secondary school teachers

چکیده

The current study examines how gender and age effect computer self-efficacy, anxiety perceived enjoyment among Austrian secondary school teachers in the context of working with learning management systems. survey was answered by 383 midst Covid-crisis between December 2020 February 2021. results show that has a significant on anxiety, female participants experiencing higher levels across all groups. Furthermore, emerges to make difference self-efficacy: younger seem rate their skills than older colleagues. Based findings, suggestions for improvements teacher education training are made limitations discussed.
